Shakarooth
During the school year students meet from 6:00 -7:30 p.m. on Wednesday evenings for a time of worship and studying God's Word.
We typically spend the first part of the evening fellowshipping around ping-pong, ultimate-pool, carpet-ball, and other games, as well as spending time in the Shak. This is followed by a time of announcements and then a student led worship team leads us in a time of worship. Pastor Chris leads the students as they dig deep into God’s Word and sometimes has the students breakout into small groups for a time of discussion with their peers and our adult volunteers.
This is a great opportunity to meet other believers, dig deep into God's word, and just have a good time. We know that the teenage years can be difficult, confusing, and a little scary, but with God guiding you, these can be the greatest years of your life. We believe that you, right now, can change the world through Jesus. We want to help steer you towards God so that you can accomplish God’s purpose in your life.
