I have generally liked the way you govern and have appreciated you in many ways. I am very glad you supported many bills that made Arkansas the most pro-life state in the nation, although I was disappointed that you were hesitant on the most recent pro-life bill. This is why I was so incredibly surprised that you vetoed HB 1570.

HB 1570 make "gender reassignment" surgeries illegal on minors. That is a nice way of saying that the bill would prevent the experimentation and mutilation of children with gender dysphoria (or children of parents who strongly try to persuade their children into gender confusion for the 'woke points.') These procedures could include hormone treatment, puberty blockers, or the physical altering and mutilation of children with surgery.

This bill is common sense and should absolutely be (and is going to be) placed into law, but you vetoed it. You knew your veto would be overturned. You know that representation in Arkansas is overwhelmingly for this bill, but you vetoed it. Why?

You gave a press conference to try to explain your reasoning...you even appeared on Tucker Carlson's show to explain, but the explanations fell flat. Let me take a moment to dissect your points and look at them from a conservative perspective.

1. You stated that transgenderism is one of the most complex and sensitive matters involved in a young person's life. Your statement is spot on, but your conclusion is disastrous. Since the matter is so sensitive and complex we should be conservative in what is allowed. Airplanes are sensitive and complex, so we are very conservative on how they can operate, who can fly them, and where and how they can be flown. Yet when it comes to permanently mutilating and disfiguring a child's body because of the confusion they are feeling, which is heavily due to cultural pressure and social confusion, you don't want the government to interfere. That is not conservative, that is incredibly liberal. Nothing is being conserved...especially the well being of the child.

2. You mentioned that the government should not be involved in decisions that have the guiding hand of parents and healthcare professionals. You were so close to correct on this statement. You are correct that parents and healthcare 'professionals' are guiding these children, but they are being led to an incredibly dangerous place that the child cannot understand no matter how much you explain it to the...mainly because we can not and do not know where this path leads. We have never been down it. Asa, you obviously do not trust every 'healthcare professional' since you are against abortion and you are supportive of the government banning abortion. You obviously do not trust parents to guide their children in illegal drug use, underage drinking, child molestation, etc...so guidance from a parent is not a catch-all excuse to step back. In fact, it is often times a reason to step in. A parent abusing their own child is one of the most egregious evils possible...yet you vetoed a bill that would stop that, at least when it comes to the physical, emotional, and physiological distress that these 'medical practices' will and do cause.

3. You claimed that the state should not jump into the middle of every medical, human, and ethical issue. You are correct, but no one is calling you to step into every medical/ethical issue, but when they are so basically evil and dangerous, you are expected to step in. Arkansas has so many laws on the books that deal with medical and ethical issues, but you wanted to forget all of that once the liberal and corporate pressure was on (I'm sure the MLB moving the all-star game from Georgia was heavy on your mind when you made this decision.)

4. You called this a vast government overreach. Really? I am very supportive of limited government, but allowing these surgeries is a legalized form of child abuse. I am astonished that you think it should be legal or as Tucker called you 'pro-choice' on the chemical castration of children.

5. You were very concerned that there was no 'grandfather clause' for those who are currently undergoing these 'treatments.' There should be no grandfather clause. If child abuse is in progress, we should not allow it to continue into finality. Instead, we should step in immediately and put an end to it.

Thankfully the State Legislature overwhelmingly overturned your veto. In the Senate your veto was overturned 25-8, the only dissenting votes being democrat and one independent. In the house your veto was overturned 71-24 with only 3 Republicans siding with you (Johnson, Hawks, and Christiansen.)

You had a great opportunity to be a hero of conservatism by standing on conservative principles and boldly moving forward despite the liberal woke mobs threats, but you caved and I'm sorry for you that you did. You can and should come back and apologize to the American people and specifically to Arkansans about your veto. We are a kind and forgiving people, but not when it comes to harming our children. Do the right thing, we are waiting.

White children in schools and white adults in government and businesses are told they are racists and must work at being less white.
In this popular book, DiAngelo never mentions the foundation and source of the Social Justice she is advancing. But, in her scholarly work, Is Everyone Really Equal (which is not for everyone to read), she explicitly traces the basis of what she is teaching to the Frankfurt School, Critical Theory, and Marxists like Herbert Marcuse, Max Horkheimer, and even Karl Marx himself.
The Frankfurt School is where neo-Marxists sought to understand why Marxism failed to spread to other countries. They now believe they know why and seek to implement neo-Marxism through Critical Theory in America and elsewhere. Critical Theory is precisely what DiAngelo and other Critical Race Theorists advocate.
It seems obvious why she does not mention the Marxian origin of her ideas in literature for children and employees. Do we really believe parents and companies want their children and employees to be called racists because they are white and because that is how neo-Marxist say we destroy America? I think not.”

Pastor Rogers has many such insights in his new book: A Corruption of Consequence.
I am ordering a case of these and will be offering them below cost out of the church office. If you are ready to see how Christians and churches in America have been tricked into advancing Marxism and other wicked teachings, then this is a great read for you. It will help many to leave their compromised churches and seek out a Bible based, New Testament church.
Pastor Rogers serves with me as part of the steering council of the Conservative Baptist Network. Our goal it to return the Southern Baptist Convention to believing in the inerrancy and total sufficiency of the Bible. Our beliefs in God and man come from God’s word, not the Marxist tools of Intersectionality and Critical Race Theory.

They have canceled actors, musicians, syrups, rice, politicians, books and professors that espouse even an inkling of right leaning thought, and even whole states. They move en masse, hone in on a target, find some silly reason to get offended, and attack all at once. They have done this on such a regular basis that we hear about it, get frustrated, and forget about it all within a 24 hour news cycle. Now, the latest cancelation, has brought more attention than they intended. They canceled Dr. Seuss.

Why is this so bad? Why has this rubbed so many the wrong way? It's simple. Everyone loves Dr. Seuss because his books are so innocent. No one has ever been corrupted by these books and no one could actually ever be corrupted by these books. In our culture where being offended and being a victim is a crown of honor, it seems like finding the most obscure reason to get offended gives you bonus "woke points" and exalts you in the crowd as a Social Justice Warrior.

So someone, somewhere, somehow found a way to make a few Dr. Seuss books offensive...and poof! They are gone. Hang on to your copy of And to Think That I Saw it on Mulberry Street. Or perhaps sell your copy of If I Ran the Zoo on eBay (They are currently going for over $300.)

Take note that the National Education Association is so concerned that your children may read some of these very dangerous books and is feverishly banning them, yet they promote books that encourage transgenderism and cross dressing in children (such as I Am Jazz and Jacob's New Dress.) Go ahead and look up these books on Amazon. Which books are available and which ones aren't? Why is Dr. Seuss bad but sexualizing and confusing our children good? It really makes you wonder why they don't want our children innocent and playful (Dr. Seuss) but want them sexualized and confused (I Am Jazz) at a young age. It sounds to me like there are some pretty perverse underlying motives. The National Education Associaition is on board with this agenda. Amazon is on board with this agenda. Leftists politicians are on board. What's their end game?

I‘ve listed some of my frustrations, but I want to end with this thought, which is not far off. If Dr. Seuss can be cancelled by the woke mob, Dr. Seuss who is loved by all, how about the Bible?

The Bible is filled with passages that claim all other religions in the world, except Christianity, are wrong and that their followers are going to hell. Passages that boldly exclaim the evils of homosexually and the dangers of sexual confusion. Passages that teach against divorce and that promote virtuous living. I supposed once the progressive leftists get us used to the idea of burning books like The Cat's Quizzer because they are dangerous, they will condition our culture to consider banning, maybe just a few, books in the Bible.

Think that's too crazy a thought...just remember a week ago when you thought Dr. Seuss was safe!

The word is "systematic" and is usually tied to racism. The claim is that the "system" is set up to be racist. What do they mean by "system?" They claims are referring to the structure, laws, and organization of different entities. Though I can clearly argue that their claims are wrong about systematic racism, I want to point to a systematic problem within the Democratic Party. The problem? The Democratic Party is systematically opposed to God. In my last blog I showed you that the Democratic Party is in opposition to God in their views on abortion, the intentional taking of an unborn human life. In this post I want to speak to you about their opposition to God's view on human sexual identity.
There is a problem in our world with personal confusion concerning one's sexual identity. There are many men who claim that they are actually women trapped in a man's body and vice versa. The claim is that you can be biologically one sex, but your gender identity can differ from your biology. If this is considered acceptable by the culture, downstream of this thought comes gender reassignment surgery (where you get a physical surgery to try and make your physical body match your gender identification,) hormone therapy (where a woman will take testosterone to force her body to be more masculine or a man will take estrogen to make his body more feminine,) or puberty blocking medicine (to keep a pre-teens body from developing more biologically against their gender identity.) If you are hearing about this for the first time your reaction must be, "this is madness." You are right, but the Democratic platform pushes these mad-science ideas as "progress" and "fairness." God, however, calls it sin, child abuse, and perversion. Let's take a closer look at some of the dangers.
The DNC Platform states they want to, "guarantee transgender students’ access to facilities based on their gender identity." This means that if a male student in the public school system identifies as female, he will be allowed to enter the girls restroom, showers, or any other 'girl only' facility with no repercussion. So much for women's rights. We are already seeing this policy in the public arena in stores such as Target, Planet Fitness, Walgreens, and the list goes on and on.
The DNC Platform clearly states that they will ban conversion therapy. This means that psychiatrists, counselors, and eventually parents and religious leaders will not be able to try and convince a boy that he is actually a boy if he feels like a girl. This tactic shuts down the conversation for debate by mental health professionals to discuss the well-being of people who are delusional about their gender. These people need help not encouragement to continue to pursue a dysphoric understanding of their body and gender.
Lastly, the DNC platform is seeking to impose their transgender nonsense on every person in America. You will have to participate in the delusion by hiring transgenders for your business. Perhaps you own a childcare center and you don't feel comfortable hiring a man who wants to wear lipstick and a dress and be called by his female identity's name. Under the DNC you will be sued into oblivion if they suspect you of any kind of discrimination.
What is the Christian worldview on transgenderism? Here is a basic framework that a Christian can base thought around when we speak about gender.
First, lets look at our book of origins: Genesis. When God made the first man, Adam, He saw that it was not good for man to be alone. God created a partner for him and from him. God made Eve to be Adam's help meet. Within this act of creation, God set out the model for gender. Male and female. No crosses, blends, or incongruity.
Next, consider that every person has an identity. Our identity can get wrapped into many things. Your job, your hobbies, your wealth, your race, your nationality, your age, whatever it is that you focus on the most about you sets the stage for how you identify yourself. As Christians, we are called to have one identity that frames every other identity. Colossians 3:2-3 remind us to, "set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth. For you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God!" Your identity is not in your gender identity, your identity is to bear the name of Christ well.
Lastly, the Bible teaches us to pursue the truth. Just because we feel a certain way doesn't make it right. I admit, I have stolen things in life because I felt like it. But just because I feel like stealing doesn't make it ok. In the same vein, just because someone feels they are the opposite gender doesn't mean we cater to that, it means that we work on the truth and correct the incongruence.
So there it is, the Democratic Party walking as far away from the will and word of God as possible to write their platform. Whether it is promoting the murder of the unborn or abusing children by promoting transgenderism, and forcing the public to fall in line with their bizarre conclusions about life and gender, the DNC is opposed to God because they do not fear Him...do you?

He would not dance to the Modernist-Marxist tune that most of the other leaders in the SBC had been playing. They created issues from thin air that distracted from their real motives, but since that convention they have clumsily shown their cards to us all.
Because of the theological wanderings from the Bible of most of the SBC institutions and leaders, there arose a fellowship of the brave that would keep hope for the SBC alive by demonstrating that most Baptists are not yet converted to Marxism, since we were already converted to Jesus Christ.
My motion at the convention was defeated because of parliamentary manipulation and because of multiple lies that were allowed to be told from the floor by the then president of the SBC. The lies were later proven as lies but they swayed a portion of the crowd and my motion fell by about a one-third to two-thirds margin. By the way, Dr. Patterson was never invited to defend himself from these wolves, another violation of both traditional protocol and of parliamentary law. It was a lynching by the new left in the SBC.
A year later, some friends and I began to discuss how to create a Fellowship of the Book, a kind of network within the SBC. Our job would be to encourage Bible believing Baptists to get back to real preaching, real evangelism, real Christian education and real missions. Such behavior would be honored by the Lord and might just spark a revival in the SBC and then the nation and then the world.
With our first meeting last week we have already “set the woods on fire.” Thousands are joining in and another preaching meeting is held next month at Truett McConnell University near Atlanta, Georgia.
Check out the Conservative Baptist Network on FaceBook or on the website: ConservativeBaptistNetwork.com
You can even enjoy the sermons preached at our first meeting that was held recently on the campus of Mid America Baptist Theological Seminary. Even Todd Starnes featured us on his program recently. Listen and you will sense the dramatic impact of this network that is already evident.

When used, it is saying that the structure of a certain system is set up for a certain outcome. So when you hear the false premise that the police are systemically racist, the claim is that the entire system for law enforcement was set up with racism woven into it...though the people who advocate for this struggle to point to any actual examples of this within the system‘s structure.
There is a systemic problem that I would like to point you to today and over my next few blog posts. The problem is that the Democratic Party has set up their system to be completely opposed to the God of the Bible and anyone who follows Him. This is not a conspiracy...they are proud of it. They have set up their ‘system,’ or platform, to prove it. Let’s take a moment to see their direct opposition to the God of the Bible.

Protecting Women’s Rights: The Democrat National Convention (DNC) platform states that “every woman should be able to access high-quality reproduction healthcare services, including safe and legal abortion. We oppose and will fight to overturn federal and state laws that create barriers to women’s reproductive health and rights including by repealing the Hyde Amendment and protecting and codifying the right to reproductive freedom.” (The Hyde Amendment prevents federal funds, i.e. taxpayer dollars, from paying for abortions.)

To summarize, the DNC says that any girl of reproductive age can have a tax payer funded abortion no matter how young and at any point in the pregnancy and celebrate it as a good decision. This is a far decline from their stance in the 90’s that abortions should be “safe, legal, and rare.”

This is systematically opposed to God’s view of life. The Bible teaches that we are human at conception (Psalm 139:13), that all people are made in the image of God (Genesis 1:27), and that murder is a very evil sin (Exodus 20:13). The Bible has done more for women’s rights than the DNC will every be able to do, but a woman does not have a right to murder her baby.

Christians should not align themselves with a party that proudly promotes the murder of the most innocent among us, the unborn. Christians should not align themselves with a party that promotes the ability of minors to have abortions (even without informing their parents.) If Christians want to carry the message of Eternal Life through Jesus, they cannot stand with a party that “shouts their abortion,” promoting and celebrating the sacrifice of their own children to the god of Self.

Just as Lot was told to leave Sodom right away and not look back, if you are a Christian and you are in the Democratic Party...”Go!” And don’t look back.

He is up to something. He is very active. He is very persistent. He is very thoughtful and he invests in the future as well as the present. He has a team and they work together against the Lord and those who love Jesus. The devil is real, and if you ever doubted that in the past, when you look at the condition the world is in right now, I bet your doubts have subsided. So what, exactly, does the devil want? Let me share a few things that he is interested in doing in your life.
1) The devil wants you distracted. It doesn't matter what he has you distracted on as long as you aren't focused on God first. Maybe he will even distract you with good things at first. He is fine with good things as long as they aren't as good as the things you should be focused on. He doesn't mind a slow erosion of your focus. The political season, the news cycle, a never ending supply of streaming entertainment, kids sports, the pursuit of a degree... whatever it takes to consume enough of your time to keep you from praying, to keep you from worshipping, to keep you away from your Bible. The devil wants to distract you from your Lord.
2) The devil wants your family. Not only does he want families destroyed, but he wants to stop them before they even start. He wants to prevent the marriage by encouraging living together and degrading marriage to, "just a piece of paper." He wants children aborted before they are born. He wants us to view kids as a burden instead of a blessing (Psalm 127:3). But if the devil isn't able to keep us from marriage and bearing children, he wants to destroy our marriages and hijack the minds and hearts of our children. He will use subtleties like unmet and unspoken expectations, selfishness, or budgets to put pressures on your marriage. He will slip perversions into your kids entertainment that you feel aren't quite bad enough to take it away, but begin to mold their hearts and minds away from the Lord.
3) The devil wants you to profess your faith in Christ with your mouth, but for your actions to contradict Christianity. Nothing is more powerful than a hypocrite. Even a lost and dying world despises hypocrisy. If the devil get you confident enough of in your faith to profess it, but weak enough in your faith to not follow it, he has created a powerful weapon for his plan.
4) The devil wants you to be afraid. The devil loves fear. Riots in the streets and economic uncertainty are breeding grounds for fear, anxiety, depression, and all other forms of human suffering and he delights in them all. Put the news on for 5 minutes and you will be convinced the world is falling apart, and you know what, you wouldn’t be wrong. When we are afraid we just want to drown out the thing that is causing the fear. We want to numb the pain. Fear can be crippling. And when you focus on fear, he is winning.
5) The devil wants it all. He is greedy. He is selfish. Being a powerful angel in the Lord's presence wasn't enough for him. He wanted to be God. He will stop at nothing to take every good thing and destroy it. He is relentless and will go until he drains us of all good!

So what should we do? James 4:7 tells us, "Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you." We need to submit and resist. Submit to God. No more trying to control our own lives and make our own decisions and write our own story. If He is Lord, submit to His authority. He will do a better job than you anyways. Then we need to resist the devil. For too long we have tried to compromise with him, hoping that he would leave us alone. But in the end all we have done is feed the beast, let him grow, and now he wants more. His greed can never be satisfied and you cannot appease him by giving in. Resist him in the power and strength of the Lord, with the armor of God (Eph. 6) and in unceasing prayer (1 Thess. 5:17.)

Racism is an evil that the world has dealt with for ages and one that certainly needs to become a "sin of the past." So where does the frustration come in? The frustration is that the world is trying to solve the problem that they have created, but in trying to solve it they are complicating it and actually fueling racism.
Though Christians are certainly not exempt from the sin of racism, the scriptures are clear from Genesis to Revelation that racism is evil, stupid, and a construct of human thought and behavior. Let me explain. Genesis teaches that we are all descended from the same parents. This means that, through Adam and Eve, we are all one race and one blood. The divisions that are made between races are superficial divisions created by sinful man.
Revelation 7:9-10 states, "After this I looked, and there was a vast multitude from every nation, tribe, people, and language, which no one could number, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. They were robed in white with palm branches in their hands. And they cried out in a loud voice: Salvation belongs to our God, who is seated on the throne, and to the Lamb!" Every nation, every tribe, every language, all kinds of people from all over the world, every hair color and skin color, every height and weight, God loves them all and made Jesus' atoning sacrifice available to them all.
Furthermore, the Bible teaches the evangelism of the entire world, reaching out to those we disagree with, loving our enemies, removing the divisions between Jew and gentile, male and female, servant and leader, etc. Jesus died for the servant girl as much as for the kings and lords.
The world has, however, approached the abolition of racism in a different way. They have redefined racism, made some groups of people exempt from being racist, and other groups of people exempt from the ability to not be racist. Confused? Frustrated? You should be. That's the point. The world isn't really trying to solve racism. They are trying to use racism as a tool to leverage power. They are using racism to quiet the voices of millions.
What's the solution? It may sound cliche, but Jesus is the answer. The more we can point people to the Savior of the entire world, the more they will love the world as Jesus loves the world.
What should you do? Don't give into a secular worldview. Don't let the world redefine the language. Love every tribe, tongue, and language. Teach your kids and grandkids that all men are created in the image of God. Watch as the world self destructs and be ready to pick up the pieces and rebuild society based on the Christian worldview. And lastly, use this as a catalyst to share the Gospel.

My life before truly following Christ and my life now are so radically different. I would like to share with you a testimony of the work of Jesus in my life.
I grew up in a single parent home. My mom went back to college when I was very young, so she was raising me, going to school, and working. I remember that we were always financially stretched, but happy. I always loved the outdoors and I was blessed that the apartments we lived in had woods all around them, so I was always out playing. My life as a kid was pretty typical, but faith was never on my radar. When confronted about faith I just kinda filled in the gaps on my own. I sort of just chose what sounded good to me. I was always afraid of death, so I decided that reincarnation sounded cool.
When I was still in elementary school I went to visit the Power Team. They were a group of muscle guys who would bend bars, rip telephone books, and lift heavy things and then tell you about Jesus. They gave an invitation at the end that went something like this, "If you want to meet the power team and learn more about Jesus, follow us through this door." So, naturally, I went. I don't remember how it all went down because we were being herded through like cattle, but I do remember walking out with a sticker that said, "Today I became a Christian." I didn't become a Christian that day, but whoever counseled me got to hand out a sticker and write me down on a piece of paper and add that to the count at the end of the day.
By the time I was a teenager I had changed my mind again. I believed in heaven and I believed I would go there when I died because I considered myself a good person. A friend of mine who came from a Christian family asked me, "Where do you think you will go when you die?" I responded, "heaven." He then asked if I was a Christian and I told him I was not. Then he said, "Well, only Christians go to heaven." Wow! I was bummed because I wasn't one and didn't know that I could become one...and that was the end of the conversation. When I was 14 years old I was killing time in a chat room (ancient technology) and there was a discussion going on about religion. I shared my 2 cents and moved on. I believe my comment to the group was that God wouldn't send people to hell because that was evil. I was sent an Instant Message on the side from an AOL user named AReverend. He began to share the Gospel with me. I had never heard it before, even though I lived in the Bible belt for my whole life. Right then I gave my life to Christ. It was a genuine conversion and I was so happy to be saved. Immediately I started reading my Bible and praying, but I didn't attend church. I never had gone to church and I didn't really know, at 14, how to start. That was a big mistake...the devil saw me separated from the flock and attacked.
Before I had reached 15 years old I really started making some bad decisions in life. I quit reading my Bible and praying. I became a prodigal son very quickly. Looking back, I believe it was a miracle I never got into any major trouble that would follow me for the rest of my life. I barely graduated High School and I had no direction in my life. After getting out of High School, a friend of mine rededicated his life to the Lord and began praying for me. His prayers were heard and God, my Good Shepherd, found me and brought me back into the fold.
I spent a long time repenting of the past 6 years of my life and wondering if I had really been a Christian, but then it dawned on me: If I hadn't been a Christian, God would have left me alone. But because I was His son, He sought me out and brought me back. My rededication to the Lord was as powerful a moment in my life as the day I got saved. This time I wouldn't make the same mistake...I got involved in a local church and a campus ministry. I was baptized and began serving in that church. I soon found that I felt the Lord's blessing when I was serving Him and He put a desire in my heart to pastor.
I surrendered to the ministry at 22 years old, changed colleges from the U of A to Central Baptist College, and began serving the Lord as a youth pastor and though a college ministry as well as pulpit supply.
It was at CBC that I met my wife, Rebba, and we were married within a year of meeting each other. We have been serving together ever since. The Lord has blessed our family with wonderful children (currently 3 with one due in August.)
After I surrendered to preach, my mom gave her life to the Lord. A little over a year ago my dad became a Christian. Why the Lord loves me and called me to the ministry I will never comprehend, but I'm blessed to serve Him daily.

All these preoccupations were my attempts to try and impress others. I thought that if others we impressed by my abilities that I could convince myself that my life had meaning. But even when I did well, I was still empty. The realization that true meaning cannot come from others was beginning to force me to look elsewhere for my purpose.
A few days after my High School graduation I was convinced by the lead guitarist in our garage band to be the blind date for his girlfriend’s friend. The date was a disaster. But the two girls came down the next weekend to hear us play and that began a real romance. The blind date girl changed her mind about me when I sang “Joy to the World” by Three Dog Night (her favorite group).
Only a few days later she informed me that she had made a decision to follow Jesus and wanted to take me to a Gospel Crusade at a Football stadium. I had no objection. While sitting on the grass of a football field (at about the 40 yard line) I heard the same message I had heard at age 9. The Lord broke my heart as the preacher described the price Jesus paid on the cross for my sins. I wept for over ten minutes at the end of the sermon and within a few days I made the commitment to give my life to Jesus.
I told the pastor of the church we were attending of my commitment and of my desire to follow Jesus in baptism. What peace to know I was now living in obedience to the Lord. Now Jesus was in charge and life has been advancing with purpose ever since. All the peace and purpose that I had been seeking was now finally found. It was not found in the opinions of others or even within my own opinions. It was found in the realization that the Lord Who created me in His image had a purpose for me that could only be found through His forgiveness. And all my failures were paid in full by the death and resurrection of Jesus.
From that moment I began a great adventure. Growing in Jesus, learning His Word, sharing Him with others, are all continual processes that bring adventure to every day of my life. It is not always easy, but it is always affirming of the purpose for which the Lord created and saved me.
By the way, I married the girl. Peggy and I were married five months after we met, while we were still 18. I surrendered to Preach the Gospel at age 19, was pastoring at 20 and have been serving the Lord as best I can ever since.
Only one regret. I wish I had those 9 years back from age 9 to 18. It would have been so much better to have Jesus lead me through Junior High and High School.
He has a purpose for your life as well. It begins by giving Jesus your life, trusting Him as Lord (Romans 10:9).
